We are a member of the Better Business Bureau, and to be a member they require “truth in advertising.” We are honest and straight-forward. Other shops will try to get customers in the door with a very cheap oil change, or other service coupons. But when your bill is printed, you may be paying 2-3 times more than promised in the coupon. Or you are paying for labor that was not mentioned anywhere in the coupon. When you see this kind of advertising, make sure the auto repair shop is a part of the Better Business Bureau so you can avoid those situations.
2. Can I track the Repairs on my Car?
We want you to stay informed about the repairs done to your car. That’s why any car serviced at Advantage gets an account at MechanicNet.com, where can see a repair log for your cars. If you have any questions about how this system works, please contact us. You should get a postcard in the mail that’s generated automatically for your convenience.
3. Do you have military discounts?
Yes we do. The owner of Advantage Auto Repair, proudly spent 4 years of her life on active duty in the Air Force. She knows what its like to live on a soldier’s salary, so helping others in the armed forces is a priority for Advantage Auto Repair. We support our troops!
The Military Discount applies 5% Off to Labor Only.
4. Do you offer loaners or shuttle service?
We do offer shuttle service to your home within a 10 mile radius if your repair will take a while. While we do not offer a loaner car, we will provide a rental if your repair will take a significant amount of time.
5. Does Advantage Auto Repair Sell Tires?
Yes we do. Not just any tires either. We use only the brands that the manufacturer of your car stands behind.
